Meet The Founder, Executive Coach, and President: 
Shontina Gladney is a third generation entrepreneur who started her first business in 1990 selling roses, and balloon arrangements with her daughter in tote, from the former Milwaukee Mall located on North Avenue and Fon Du Lac Avenue. Shontina is a passionate advocate and community organizer in the emerging business community. She has worked and consulted with emerging entrepreneurs since 2005. In 2009 Shontina launched Wisconsin's first emerging entrepreneur's business hub on Milwaukee's East Side, with 23 start up ventures.  

Shontina is the brain child behind Wisconsin's largest Emerging business expo that launched in September 2009. My City My Biz Expo was designed for the community, and sustained by the community. This expo takes place every third Saturday in October, showcasing 100 + locally owned home-based businesses.   

Shontina is an International Best Selling Co-Author, a wife, mom of two amazing daughters, and a grandma. Her life and business experiences have led her to become a sought after, National High Performance Coach who gets results.   

Shontina, gives individuals the road map to stop pressing the snooze button on their dreams, while empowering them with the tools to write their own check, while blazing through their bucket list!

Shontina was certified as an Executive Coach specializing in Women's Issues and Diversity in 2005.   She currently coaches and leads an organization of entrepreneurs Nationwide.  Shontina is now taking her own advice and starting to check off her bucket list!  Through life's up's and down, Shontina found her dreams and aspirations slipping away because she had to start all over.  She took starting all over as a negative until she was awaken by who she was to become.  Shontina took her love, and passion for travel, and launched Wisconsin's largest travel group consisting of more than 180 independent travel agency owners Nationwide.  

Shontina is on a crusade to assist individuals with finding their place in the enormous world of travel and tourism while rebuilding the person, the family, and their community.  

Her WHY: Shontina has worked hard throughout the years to build a business that would hire her, now she is working smarter to build a legacy that will fire her.   Her lifelong goal is to become a Global Investor and a community level Philanthropist giving back to the 53206 zip code in Milwaukee, WI.
